  • Can I order individual bags of coffee?

    Of course, simply visit the 'Our Coffees' section of our website.
  • Is there a minimum order?

    There is no minimum order.
  • Can my order be delivered to a different address?

    Yes. At the checkout stage you can add a different delivery address. Please note we only deliver to the UK.
  • How can I pay for my order?

    We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We accept payment in GBP only.

    Where VAT applies, it is included in the price shown, at the current rate of 20%

    Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored behind a secure firewall through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application.   • Do you have any gift boxes?

    We have a sister company called The Coffee Gift Company - the website at has a selection of individual items and gift sets.
  • Can I amend my order?

    As we prepare your order for despatch as quickly as we can, an order may only be amended within 1 hour of the order being placed, by emailing

  • When can I expect to receive my order?

    Standard UK delivery costs £3.99.

    All orders are despatched on the same, or next working day. Unless specified otherwise, Royal Mail second class services are used – these aim to deliver by the third working day, and do not include tracking. This means you should receive your items from Curious Coffee within 3-5 working days.

    We do not currently deliver outside of the UK.

    Due to the current Coronavirus crisis, some deliveries are currently taking slightly longer.
  • Will my delivery fit through my letterbox?

    All one-bag and two-bag orders will be sent in letterbox friendly packaging.
    For more than three bags and brewing equipment items, the package will be a small parcel and unable to fit through a letterbox.

  • Can I pause or change a subscription?

    Sure! Just send an email to and we can make any changes you require.
  • Is your packaging environmentally friendly?

    Our black coffee bags are fully recyclable.
    Unfortunately our one-cup coffee bag packaging is not currently recyclable, but we hope to change this in the future.
    We aim to avoid plastic in all of our packaging as far as possible.
  • What is your returns policy?

    If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Do you deliver internationally?

    Unfortunately we can only deliver to UK addresses.
  • Were you previous called Zabu Coffee?

    Yes, we were! The ownership of the business changed in March 2020 and has been renamed Curious Coffee.
